Obituary of Kaitlyn Ann Nellist

Kaitlyn Ann "Kaity" Nellist, 18 of Wesley Chapel went to be free with her Lord on Thursday, November 19, 2020. She was born in Tampa and moved back to Tampa in 2015 from Texas. Kaity was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in San Antonio, Florida and was always a happy child with a smile on her face. She was strong willed, a fighter, enjoyed watching her favorite tv shows and loved to pray; her faith held her up. 

She is survived by her loving and devoted parents, Darold and Trudy Nellist; her brother, Joe Nellist; sisters, Jennifer Hill, Amy Backstrom, and Michelle (Dan) Keast. Also surviving are 8 nieces and nephews, Casee, Samantha, Bailey, Jessee, Delia, Clayton, Elijah and Bella; 5 great nieces and also many dedicated and caring nurses who helped to take impeccable care of Kaity.

A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held at some time in December. The date will be announced. The family has entrusted care and services to Loyless Funeral Home 5310 Land O'Lakes Blvd. Land O'Lakes, FL 34639.
