Obituary of Clara L Bartlett

Bartlett Comellas, Clara L., 88, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, entered the Kingdom of Heaven Saturday, August 1, 2020. She was born in Tampa and has been a long-term resident of the Tampa Bay Area. A devout Catholic, she was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, Land O Lakes. Clara was well-known for her selflessness, caring for her friends, and most importantly, for her love and dedication to her family. She is survived by her four children, Ken, Cindy, Paul, and Mary, and her nine grandchildren, John, Emily, Alexander, David, Joshua, Katherine, Adrianna, Isabel, and Sophia.  Clara loved to travel, to share stories, to see His words in daily activities, and to laugh heartily. 

A funeral mass will be held celebrating her life at 10:30am, on August 19^th at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church.

Charitable Donations:  Clara has sponsored underprivileged children around the world via Unbound.org. She always sponsored children to match her grandchildren; so, she has been financially assisting additional ‘grandchildren’ for 30 years.  There are still 2 children who are being sponsored to match her youngest 2 grandchildren.  Clara even traveled to Chile to meet this family.  We plan to continue this sponsorship and ask in lieu of flowers/gifts, please make a donation to Unbound.org in her name.  Memorial donations can only be made via check, along with a note or in the memo include “In Memory of Clara Bartlett”:
