Obituary of Doug Blaxton

BLAXTON, Douglas, 60, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. He was born in Tampa, Florida. Douglas was an honorably discharged Army veteran. He was Protestant in faith. He liked college football, animals, and kids. He is survived by his beloved mother, Wanda Mitchell left behind to cherish his memory, also his former wife, Montez; and son, Joseph Argraves; brothers, Daryl (Marie) Blaxton, David (Karen) Ray, Raymond Anderson, and Bill Falin; sisters, Donna Rust and Debbie (Ralph) Reagan. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 16 from 2-4 pm at Loyless Funeral Home 5310 Land O'Lakes Blvd. Land O'Lakes, FL 34639. Inurnment and military honors will be held on Tuesday, February 18 at 9:30 am at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations, in memory of Douglas Blaxton, to the American Heart Association or Leukemia Foundation. Doug will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
