Obituary of Manuel Pangilinan Mejia

Manuel Pangilinan Mejia, 91, of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away January 9, 2020. 

He was born in Marikina City, Philippines and moved to Florida from Cleveland, Ohio in 2017. Mejia was a US WWII veteran in the Philippines, a lifetime member of the American Legion, a Municipal Counselor (Marikina City, Philippines), and a member of the Hunters ROTC club in the Philippines.  

He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. He had an abiding Catholic faith. Manuel was such a light in this world and now will shine on us from Heaven. 

He is survived by his wife, of 51 years, Clarita; son, Melvin; five remaining siblings (one brother and four sisters); and many nieces and nephews.
