Obituary of William Patrick Robinson

ROBINSON, William Patrick, 51, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019.

He was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina and came to Florida in 1986 from Germany.

He worked for Hillsborough County Public Works Department as a Senior Transportation Worker.

William enjoyed time with his family and volunteering in the community. Over the years he was involved with coaching girls softball, as well as be the designated DJ for his daughters traveling softball team.

He also supported his son’s Boy Scout Troop.

William tended to be a haunted house enthusiast with his son as well. 

Williams interests included listening to classic rock music; watching classic TV shows; playing softball and Fantasy Football. William had a passion for cooking and soon became a self proclaimed chef when it came to his own specialties; cheese cake being his family’s all time favorite. A man of courage and strength for his family and friends, as well as always lending a helping hand. William, who truly  loved his wife to the end and beyond, and who’s family will miss him dearly.

He shall cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you shall take refuge; his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. 

William is preceded in death by his sister, Lisa.

He is survived by his wife, of 29, years, Theresa; son, Christopher; daughter, Nicole; parents, Alton and Judy; and his two brothers, Wayne (Darlene), and Dale (Kimberly).

 

William's celebration of life will be held Monday,  October 21st 2019, at the Heritage Park Recreational Center (5401 Land O' Lakes Blvd, Land O Lakes, FL 34639) it will be held at

7:00pm - 8:30pm. 

All are welcome to come join his family in remembering the man William was.
