Obituary of Mary Lou Seymour

Mary Louise (Blakeley) Seymour, passed away peacefully at home August 24, 2019.

A native of Oklahoma, she resided in Tampa for 30 years where she had a post retirement career in real estate.  Prior to that, she was an art and speech teacher in Oklahoma public schools.

Those that loved her knew she was a beautiful soul with cosmopolitan tastes, tremendous sense of humor, enjoyed cooking family meals, passion for the arts, especially painting.  An alumnus of The University of Oklahoma, member Gamma Phi Beta.  Life long Sooners fan.

Survived by her daughter Suzanne Seymour & son-in-law Alberto Cedeno of Lutz, FL.  Son Justin Seymour and daughter-in-law Christine Seymour , grandsons Julian & Graham Seymour, of Avondale Estates, GA.  Brother Dick Blakeley of Tulsa, OK.  Nieces Karan Petkus, and Lisa Schmidt.  And devoted cockatiel, “Toots”.
