Obituary of Marjorie Katherine Kidd

KIDD, Marjorie Katherine, 91, of Punta Gorda, Florida passed away August 7, 2019. She was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Florida in the early 1960’s. Marjorie was Catholic in faith and attended St. Steven’s Catholic Church in Brandon, Florida. She was a loving mother, she enjoyed doing word searches, and she loved watching murder mysteries on ION. Marjorie was also a restaurant manager of McCory’s for over 20 years, a great cook, and made the best perogies. No one ever left hungry.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Charles Kidd; 3 children; her mother and father; and 6 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Horner and Carolyn Neal; her son, Jeffery Kidd; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
