Obituary of Kenneth Zackowski

Zackowski, Kenneth, 70, passed away on February 25, 2019 quietly at his home in Land O’Lakes, Florida.  His adored wife, Joan, and their three beloved four legged daughters, Daisy, Lucy and Gracie were with him.

Born in Crestview, Florida, Kenny grew up as a Navy brat living in Key West, Maine, and settled in Milton Florida, near Pensacola, where he spent many years of his life before moving to central Florida.

Kenny loved animals, vegetable gardens, cooking, estate sales and especially fishing.  He was a very funny, sweet and wonderful man with a big heart.  He had a story for every occasion, and greeted new and old friends with a warm ‘Hey, Buddy’.

He is survived by his brother Joseph (Joey) Zackowski, his daughters, Helena Gibson (David) and Sarah Stewart; grandchildren Magan Glover (Kevin), Jase Gibson, and Summer Stewart; great grandchildren Dawson and Mackenzie Glover.  He is also survived by his step-daughter, Karen Graziano, who loved him as if he was her own father.
