Obituary of William Crawford Eddy Jr.

EDDY, William Crawford Jr., 87, of Lutz, Florida passed away February 17, 2019. He was born in New London, Connecticut and moved to Lutz in 1983 to retire. William proudly served in the United States Navy from 1948 to 1956. He graduated from the Naval Academy and served on the attack transport USS Rockbridge (APA-228) and the destroyer DD702 USS Hank. William is preceded in death by his daughter, Carol Storteboom; and sister, Diane Van Orden. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Nancy Eddy; sons, William Eddy III and his wife, Nancy, Robert Eddy and his wife, Nicholi Eddy; daughters, Vicki Rothhaar, Cheryl Fekete and her husband, Phillip; sister, Nancy McClure; 10 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
