Obituary of Carrell Webster Brooks

BROOKS, Carrell Webster, 85, of Land O’ Lakes, passed away Monday, January 14, 2008, at Baldomero Lopez State Veterans Nursing Home. He was born in Difficult, TN, & moved to Land O’ Lakes from Cocoa, FL one year ago. He was a Methodist, and a WWII Veteran in the Air Force. He loved music and performed in a country band and later in life volunteered his time and music for senior groups and nursing homes. He is survived by his son, Curtis & wife Barbara of Petersburg, VA; daughters, Carolyn Ham of Savannah, GA, Heidi Latimer & husband Keith of Newport News, Va; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service with military honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, January 28, 2008, at 10:00AM.
