Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Scofield

SCOFIELD, Mary Elizabeth, 82, of Land O’ Lakes, passed away Monday, November 12, 2007, at her home. She was born in Birmingham, AL, and moved to Florida from North Carolina in 1968. She was a protestant and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis L. Scofield & son, Albert Scofield.. She is survived by her sons, Gary & Patty Scofield of Ruskin, FL, Dennis & Gin Scofield of IN, Steve & Janet Scofield of Land O’ Lakes, FL, Bruce Scofield of Raleigh, NC; daughters, Deborah & Phil Canders of Lexington, SC, Nina & Guy Painter, Marion, NC, Patricia Edge, Inverness, FL; Vickie Scofield, Myakka City FL; 21 grandchildren & 18 great grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday at 10:00AM at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at Loyless Funeral Home on Wednesday Evening from 6:00PM to 8:00PM.
