Obituary of Gregory James Darden

DARDEN, Gregory J., 17, of Land O’ Lakes, passed away Friday, September 14, 2007. He was born in Tampa and raised in the Catholic Faith. He is survived by his father, James R. Darden IV of St. Petersburg, mother, Mary E. Sladek-Darden of Land O’ Lakes; brothers, Christopher Sladek & his wife Jessica of Plant City, Zachary Darden of Spring Hill; sister, Jennifer Everetts of Canton, OH; paternal grandparents, James and Peggy Darden of Canton, OH; maternal grandparents, David and Margaret Sladek of Homosassa and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother, James R. Darden V. He attended Land O’ Lakes High School and enjoyed spending time with his friends, playing football, fishing and making others laugh. A Funeral Service will be held at Loyless Funeral Home on Thursday at 7:00PM. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
