Obituary of Melvin L. Crosby

CROSBY, Melvin, 81, of Brooksville, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2006. He was born in Malden, MA, on February 11, 1925. He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy & Fanny Crosby of Woodville, MA. He retired from the Army and has lived in Florida since 1969. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mildred Crosby; his two sons, Steven E. Crosby and his wife Mary of North Augusta, SC, and Ronald A. Crosby and his wife Ede of Tampa; 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; one neice and 2 nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at Loyless Funeral Home on Friday at 11:00AM. Military Honors will follow at the Florida National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00PM to 8:00PM.
