I remember the day you were born, like it was yesterday. You came into this world at 8lbs 7ozs with a head full of dark brown hair. Your mamaw was sitting out in the waiting room waiting your arrival. Just as sure as she was waiting for your arrival in Heaven. I will surely miss you here. Especially in the mornings for our coffee get togethers. And at night just to come by for a chat and smoke with Pat. Love you Scotty to Heaven and back. Mom

Although I'm only a neighbor to the family and only had the acasional hand wave or nod to Scott he seemed like a helpful person around the family home. I'm sure he'll be missed. My thoughts and prayers to the family. The Carter family

My brother was a very loving and caring person. He would help anyone he came in contact with. He loved his animal. I remember growing up he would hide iguanas, birds, turtles, spiders and etc in his closet. He always did some weird stuff but u have to love him because he had a big heart for everything he did. We all going to miss him. Scott, I love u some much and I am so proud to be one of ur older sister. R.I.P scott..
