Donovan Duane Hammer, 86, of Land O Lakes, Florida passed away on February 6, 2023. He was born in Rose Hill, Illinois and moved to Land O Lakes in 1980. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1959-1961. He was employed with United Air Lines Ramp Service for 41 years. Donovan was Methodist in faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Faye Hammer, and brothers, Howard, David, and Daryl. He is survived in death by his loving wife, Virginia Hammer; son, Lynn Hammer, daughter, Cindy (Lee) Murray; brothers, Bob Hammer, and Billy (Janice) Hammer; 4 grandchildren, Kasey, Keegan, Shaun, and Kyler; and 4 great grandchildren, Mason, Maddox, Maverick, and McKenna.
